  • How long does it take to complete a custom design project?
    Customs are made one by one, by hand to fit each clients specific measurements, height, and color of choice.
  • Can I request specific fabrics or materials for my custom design?
    Yes, this is included in the service. You get the opportunity to choose every detail in the design process.
  • Can you replicate a design I found somewhere else?
    Unfortunately no. I can take certain feathers and certain designs and mesh them together to create a one of a kind design, but I do not replicate other designers work.
  • Do I need to provide measurements for my custom design?
    Yes. During our consultations, I will walk you through the process virtually. You just need to have a measuring tape handy. Measuring tapes can be purchased from your local craft store like Joann's, Michaels, Walmart and etc. for no more than $2.
  • Can you provide sketches or visual representations of the design before it's created?
    Yes. Please ask for this options if you cant see how inspiration pictures or designs will match up.
  • Can you rush orders?
    Yes, customs can be rushed and completed with at least 10 days. Rush orders will be an additional $175.00 plus expedited shipping if needed.
  • Do you take out of state clients?
    Yes, I do. The entire process will be done virtually and shipped right to your front door?
  • If my event is cancelled, do I get a refund?
    Unfortunately, no. Customs are specifically tailored to each client. Fabric is non refundable and once the process has started we cant offer any refunds.
