I would like to introduce myself as Chelsea Whitley,

Founder and Designer of Tampered by Whitley. I specialize in custom design for individuals with their own style. Tampered was founded with the purpose of being every clients personal designer. There has been plenty of times I have seen clothes and immediately thought if something else was added or the fabric was different this design would be perfect for me. I'm sure everyone at one moment has felt this way. This is why I love custom work. Everyone is a designer and if you're particular to detail then you are who I design for.
